The East Tennessee Regional Leadership Association (ETRLA) begins with the 2010 class today. First order of business is the retreat hosted by Sevier County. The class started their day with an indepth discussion on the mission and purpose of ETRLA and Learning Thinking Working Styles exercise led by Doug Bataille and Kathy Hamilton. Each month the class will visit one of the 10 or so different counties hosting an event to learn about the county and how the county is approaching issues of a regional concern.
